KVerse Shop sells personalized gift products. Contact us anytime at support@kverseshop.com.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy a product. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in pricing or the product description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
3. PERSONALIZATION
Many of our products are made to order based on the text, photos, or details you provide. Please double-check names, spelling, dates, and uploaded images before submitting your order — because these items are custom-made, we may not be able to change them once production has started. See our Cancellation & Modification policy for how long you have to make changes after ordering.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through the methods listed on our Payment Methods page.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Our Replacement & Refund Policy explains when an item is eligible for a replacement or refund, including for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, and site design — belongs to KVerse Shop unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. 8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you don't have the rights to use (including in personalization uploads), or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KVerse Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
