SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States.

PRODUCTION TIME

Every KVerse item is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order leaves us. This is separate from delivery time.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping: 9–11 business days after production.
Total estimated time for apparel: 12–16 business days from order to doorstep.

Delivery times vary by product type — see the estimate shown on each product page.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping: $8.00
Standard shipping: FREE on US orders of $70 or more, calculated after discounts
Express shipping: $15.00

EXPRESS AND RUSH OPTIONS

Where shown on a product page, Express and Rush options display their own estimated timelines. These are only offered on products whose production process actually supports them. Express affects shipping speed, not production time, unless the product page states otherwise.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive tracking information by email from the carrier.

DELAYS

Delivery estimates are given in business days and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or carrier delays. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
